This custom USB hub was developed as part of a larger interior upgrade, where the vehicle’s head unit was replaced with a modern display featuring Apple CarPlay. The housing was 3D printed from a UV- and heat-resistant engineering plastic, chosen for its strength and stability in automotive environments.

The project also included clean cable routing and integration, with wiring run discreetly through the vehicle’s interior panels for a neat, factory-style installation. Several design iterations were modeled, printed, and test-fitted to achieve an exact fit and reliable functionality.
