Inspired by the elegance of Pilates equipment, this miniature reformer was 3D printed and engineered to double as a functional business card dispenser. Every detail was designed to mirror the full scale reformers, from the smooth sliding carriage to the tension system driven by a custom-fit rubber band. The parts were produced using high-resolution FDM printing, then hand-assembled to ensure perfect alignment and a clean finish. The result is a piece that merges form and function, showcasing the creativity and precision possible through modern additive manufacturing.
