Carbon Fiber Spoiler

This custom spoiler began as a damaged OEM Mazda Miata spoiler, which was repaired and repurposed as a plug to create a precision fiberglass mold. From that mold, a new spoiler was hand-laid in carbon fiber, incorporating a personalized inlay using an alternate weave pattern for a distinctive visual contrast. The finished piece achieves a bespoke aesthetic while reducing overall weight by over 60%, highlighting both craftsmanship and performance-driven design in composite fabrication.
